The collection and storage of personal information submitted to Deviate Aspire is governed by the Irish Data Protection (Amendment) Act (2003). This means your details will not be divulged to third parties and we will not send you promotional information, by e-mail or post, unless you agree to it. Under the Data Protection Act, you retain the right to access and modify any data about you held by Deviate Aspire. ACCURACY OF PRODUCT INFORMATION
We have taken every measure to provide accurate product images for each product for sale on the site. However, individual differences between, e.g, Internet browsers or monitor colour contrasts are out with our control and we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product.
The products sold on jottnar.com are provided for private domestic and consumer use only. Accordingly, we do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, and loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the site or for any products or services purchased from jottnar.com.
We have taken every measure to prevent Internet fraud and ensure any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our secure computer servers.
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
We make no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website.
We do not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to our website at any time without notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any of these terms and conditions. This will not limit our right to take any other action against you that we consider appropriate to defend our rights or those of any other person.
You will receive an email to confirm successful payment. If you have a problem processing your payment online or are not certain if your payment was successful please call customer services on 00 353 (0)86 846 1121 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will receive a further email upon successful despatch from our warehouse of your product. Arrival time at your specified address will be in accordance with the method of shipping selected.
We offer free First Class shipping to IRE & UK mainland addresses on all of our products via On Post & Royal Mail. For all orders received by us before 3pm on a working day (Monday to Friday inclusive), this service will deliver your product within 2-5 working days and in most cases, the following day.
Products are despatched by us via On Post & Royal Mail on working days only so please factor this into your selection. An order placed with us after 3pm on Friday will not be despatched until the following Monday.
All of our services require a signature on delivery so please account for this when you order. On occasions where delivery is attempted and nobody is present to receive the package, a card will be left at the delivery address with details of the local Post Office where the package is being held.
We also ship internationally via Royal Mail and their partners at the following rates:

Royal Mail's international service includes full end-to-end tracking and online confirmation of delivery.
Prices are quoted in EU € Euros and are inclusive of VAT. For international (non-UK) customers, local import duties may be payable by the recipient on receipt of the order.
We would like you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and offer a simple and stress-free returns policy in the event that you are not.
Exchanges or Refunds. Provided the item is within 21 days of receipt of your order and is in 'as new'* condition you can return it to us for either a full refund or exchange. This exchange can be either for the same product but in a different size or colour, or for an entirely different product altogether. In the case of an exchange for an alternative product, assuming a difference in price, we will either refund you the difference or take additional payment. Please follow the instructions under 'Returns Procedure' below.
* The product must be unworn and in a re-sellable condition with all swing tickets attached. In instances where a product shows obvious signs of use, it will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered to be faulty. If you have damaged your product in an accident, or through sustained and long-term use, then please contact us as it is likely that we'll be able to repair it for you at a small charge.
If a faulty item has been worn it must be clean and freshly laundered before being returned. All dirty or unwashed worn garments will be rejected and returned to the customer.
Faulty Goods. Goods are considered faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs within 90 days of purchase. Faulty items will be replaced, repaired or refunded at the discretion of the Jöttnar Customer Services team following evaluation. Where economically viable, we will always seek to repair an item, at our cost, as a first resort. In instances where this is impractical we will then opt to swap your faulty product with a like-for-like replacement. In the event that we are out of stock, we will refund you the cost of the product in full. In all instances where manufacturing faults are identified, the customer's return postage costs will be refunded.
Please email us at email@example.com, outlining the nature of the return. It would be useful if you can additionally include your Order ID and Order Date.
On receipt of this request we will email you a Returns Authorisation Number which you should complete on the Product Return Form that was included with your order, if you haven't got this form, please ask us to email you a copy.
Return product and the completed Product Return Form to: Deviate Aspire LTD – Returns, Nexus Innovation Centre, Tierney Building, University of Limerick, Limerick, Ireland.
You are liable for the package and its contents until received by us. We therefore strongly recommend that all returns to us are sent via a Recorded service.
When we receive your return we will process it quickly, normally within three working days, and will refund you on any monies owing directly to the card you used to purchase your original item(s).
Return postage costs
For all items returned for an exchange or refund, postage costs fall to the customer. For all items returned as faulty, and accepted as so by us, the postage costs will be reimbursed by Deviate Aspire to the customer at a rate equivalent to On Post & Royal Mail's First Class Recorded service (UK customers) or Royal Mail's International Signed For service (international customers).
All packages being returned to us from out with the UK must be marked 'Goods returned under warranty'. We will not accept customs charges incurred when returning items.

OUT OF STOCK
It is not possible to place an order for an out of stock product or pre-order new lines. You can, however, contact us to express your interest and we will then email you as soon as the item becomes available in your chosen size and colour.

All of our products are designed to withstand use in a marine environment. However, in order to achieve an optimum performance standard across numerous metrics (weight, breathability, robustness, packability, loft etc), you should take reasonable care to protect and look after your product.
Each product contains integral care labels which should be strictly adhered to. To further enhance the life and performance of your product, please also ensure that the item is stored carefully when not in use. Deviate Aspire will not be liable for any damage that results from contravening these instructions.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I've decided that I don't want to keep my product and would like a full refund. Can I do this?
Yes, of course. Provided the item is within 21 days of receipt of your order and is in 'as new' condition, you can return it to us for a full refund. The monies will be credited to the same card that initial payment was taken from.
What does 'as new' condition mean?
This means that the product is unused and in the same condition as when you received it from us. Swing tickets must still be attached and the original packaging retained. If the product shows any signs of use (stains, hairs, creases, odours) then we will not be able to re-stock it and will consequently not be able to accept it for a refund. In such an event, the item will be returned to you.
Do you provide expedition or athlete sponsorship?
Yes we do, although we generally limit this to our Pro Team. If, however, your proposal is unique or interesting and there is value for all parties then by all means get in touch.
Do you provide bulk discounts?
This depends on order volume, availability and usage. If you wish to discuss, please drop us a line or call.
